The free tier includes company name, country, description, sectors covered, and category — published on a dedicated profile page, country hub, sector hub, sub-vertical cross-pages, and the Matcher tool. There is no time limit or hidden cost on the free tier.
No. The Distributor Matcher is deterministic — same inputs always produce the same ranking. Paid tiers buy additional visibility surfaces (above-the-fold cards, newsletter slots, trust badges) that are clearly labeled as sponsored placements. The Matcher score is computed solely from your verified attributes + the manufacturer's input.
Verified+ tier and above get email notifications when a manufacturer's Matcher run includes you in the top 10. The notification includes the manufacturer's sector, target countries, EU MDR class, and any optional message they shared. You decide whether to respond directly. We do not pre-qualify or grade the enquiry — the distributor decides.

Yes. Monthly billing can be cancelled at any time and your tier reverts to Free at the end of the current billing period. Annual billing can be cancelled but is not pro-rated — you keep access until the annual term ends.
Featured (€299/mo) is for distributors who want strong visibility on country + sector hubs and inclusion in our editorial outputs. Pro (€999/mo) is for the 5-15 distributors per sector × country combination who want exclusive premium placement, lead routing priority, and direct strategic involvement (custom landing page, API access, quarterly call with Miguel). Pro is also typically required for inclusion in Fractio's recommended partner shortlist when clients engage Fractio for partner selection.
