Who the service is for

Businesses and professionals advertising products they are authorised to promote. The scope of this site is medical devices, dental products and diagnostics. You must give accurate product information, available territories and contact details, and have permission to publish the materials submitted.

Editorial acceptance is not certification of a product, regulatory compliance, distributor capability or commercial suitability.

Price and what is included

€200 total in EUR for one ad, including VAT where applicable. One company and one product or coherent product family. Your ad runs for 90 days from its actual publication date, with a public listing page, placement in this site's opportunities section and the commercial contact you approve.

This is one payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. A renewal is a separate purchase at the price agreed then. The VAT treatment depends on the billing information and applicable rules; VAT is not added on top of the advertised €200 EUR price. Optional currency conversion offered at checkout is shown separately by the payment provider.

From submission to publication

1. Submit your product information. Submission is free and does not make the ad public.
2. We review the content and confirm the approved listing, purchase details and payment instructions.
3. Pay through the Stripe link for this site using your submission reference.
4. We reconcile the payment and publish the approved listing. The publication confirmation identifies the listing URL and its start and end dates.

Publication is manually managed. A submission acknowledgement or payment confirmation alone is not a publication confirmation. Provide your correct legal billing name, address, country and applicable tax identification before payment. Billing and order information stays separate from the public ad.

Free access and independent enquiries

Distributors can browse opportunities and contact advertisers directly for free. The directory and its information remain free to consult; editorial inclusion of a distributor is separate from buying a product ad.

Publication does not guarantee views, enquiries, replies, distribution agreements or sales. The directory contains researched business information: a company being listed does not mean it has subscribed to alerts or will see your ad. Email campaigns, partner selection, introductions, negotiations and consulting are not included.

External opportunities researched from public sources are labelled separately from ads purchased by businesses.

Corrections, cancellation and refunds

You can request factual corrections or early closure through contact, quoting the submission reference. Cancel before publication and the payment is refunded. If a paid listing is not published, its payment is refunded.

After publication, you may ask us to remove the ad early. Cancellation does not reverse the publication already delivered. Any refund for the remaining period or a service problem must be resolved with us against the service delivered and the purchase conditions confirmed before payment. Lack of responses or sales is not, by itself, a failure to deliver the publication service.

We may decline misleading, unlawful, unrelated or unauthorised material, and may remove a listing if it becomes inaccurate or unavailable. We will explain the issue to the order contact and address any payment or remaining service with them. Mandatory rights are unaffected by these conditions.

End of the listing period

After 90 days, the ad is removed from active opportunities. An archived page may indicate that the opportunity has ended without an active commercial contact. Ending the public ad does not erase records that must be retained for accounting, order administration or legal obligations.

Separate advisory

Fractio advisory is optional and subject to a separate proposal, scope, fees and agreement. Buying an ad does not buy consulting, and enquiring about consulting does not require buying an ad.
